Join us for a blissful morning dedicated to nourishing your body, mind and soul. Held in a serene yurt right beside the woodland in Denham, this monthly nervous-system reset invites you to step away from life’s hustle and reconnect in nature’s embrace.

The session will flow through a variety of carefully curated practices — each month uniquely themed, but always centred around ease, presence and regeneration:

• A cacao ritual: tapping into the medicinal heart-opening properties of cacao to support presence and release
• Gentle movement: either an uplifting flow of Dru Yoga or the calming stillness of Yin Yoga
• Breath-work & meditation: help quiet mental chatter and restore inner balance
• Deep relaxation & a sound journey: finish the morning in stillness with a gong bath to deeply settle and align

• Surrounded by nature in a woodland setting, you’ll hear birdsong and rustling leaves as your backdrop — truly a restorative environment.
• Designed to support your nervous system, reduce stress and reconnect you with your innate calm.
• A monthly space of self-care and community, perfect for anyone in need of a reset, from beginners to experienced yogis alike.

• All levels welcome—no previous yoga experience required.
