Introduction to Reformer Pilates

Join Simone in this introductory workshop to the Reformer Pilates. During the workshop, we're going to cover everything you need to know and give you plenty of hands-on practice, so you can jump into our Reformer classes without breaking a sweat.

We'll break down the ins and outs of the reformer, showing you how it works and why it's so cool. Simone will walk you through some exercises, making sure you not only understand the basics but also get your hands dirty, or in this case, your feet on the machine. By the end, you'll be all set to dive into our upcoming reformer classes with confidence.
