Sourdough Starter Class

Join us for a night of delicious learning! Wendy Cooper will be here to share her knowledge and love of the art of sourdough making! All materials and light refreshments provided. Class cost is $45 per person. You will go home with your sourdough start jar, a specialty bread whisk, care instructions and recipes for your "discard" Nothing goes to waste! Dive into the world of this centuries old culinary art form! Your body will thank you!
