As the holy seasons of Advent and Christmas approach, you are invited to experience A Taste of Silence — a gentle day retreat offering space for reflection, prayer, and peace.
The day will include:
🌿 Centering Prayer sessions
📖 Lectio Divina (Sacred Reading) in community
🕯️ Personal time for rest, journaling, or walking the indoor labyrinth
A simple lunch of soup and bread will be provided, with refreshments available throughout the day.
Suggested donation: $30 (or as you are able)
Donations help cover the retreat costs and support the work of the Contemplative Outreach of Greater Vancouver (COGV).
