Breathwork is more than just meditation— it's a powerful practice that quiets the chatter of the mind and anchors you deeply into your body. A Breathwork Journey is a unique experience where various breath patterns are paired with a carefully curated playlist to encourage life changing results. In just one session, this potent practice can bring immediate and undeniable breakthroughs— allowing you to feel revitalized, clear-minded, emotionally balanced, and spiritually connected. Whether you’re looking to release stress, find clarity, or feel more in tune with yourself, Breathwork offers a quick & impactful way to create real change.

• Wear comfortable clothes and socks (blankets will be provided for warmth).
• Bring a notebook/journal & water bottle.
• Avoid caffeine the day of (or at least 5 hours prior).
• Refrain from large meals within 2 hours of the session.

Your safety comes first. Breathwork is not recommended if you experience or have a history of:

• Pregnancy
• High blood pressure or heart disease
• Epilepsy or seizures
• Severe asthma (unless inhaler is on hand)
• Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, or severe mental health conditions
• Recent major surgeries or injuries
• Severe osteoporosis
• Detached retina or glaucoma
• History of aneurysms
