De-Stress Your December: In-person program in Delmar

Tis the season to be stressed and overwhelmed. Take a pause and give yourself the gift of self-care and serenity, all while providing much-needed support to the @southendchildrenscafe Join me for a 90-minute donation-based workshop on Sunday, Dec. 14, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the offices of Somatic Psychology Services/Liz Gialanella, 204 Delaware Ave., Delmar. We will take time to breathe, stretch, and sink into deep rest through guided meditation. Come for the relaxation and renewal; stay for the community and joy. Bring a yoga mat and, if possible, a cozy blanket (and any other props you like to use for yoga and meditation).
