Lunch & Learn with Duane Kumala-Thomas

Resilience in Black History is a powerful spoken word performance held on World Suicide Prevention Day. Blending poetry, visuals, and storytelling, it honours those who chose to endure; from Black communities to global struggles. A moving tribute to survival, and a reminder: Prevention is active defiance; and defiance, an act of living.
