This comprehensive course is designed to support and empower you and your partner, helping you feel informed, confident, and ready to create the birthing experience you want.
During the day, you’ll explore practical tools, evidence-based knowledge, and hands-on techniques to support birth, including:

• Optimal positioning
• Pain-management techniques and options
• Breathing for labour and birth
• Instinctive vs. guided pushing
• Home birth vs. hospital birth
• Creating a birth plan that supports your choices
