Italian Cooking Class - Sicily Edition

Led by an authentic Italian specimen, this class will show you how to prepare some Italian delicacies, sourced from the fantastic Sicilian cuisine. A must have to light up your day!

We are going to prepare a classic and very versatile recipe, the "Caponata di Melanzane" (Eggaplants Caponata). It's an all-time classic that can be used as a starter, as a main or as a side, and it's full-on vegan! The mix of ingredients and some secret tricks make the recipe extremely flavorful, perfect for any season or occasion.

Come by yourself or bring a friend, but beware you might not be willing to share your dish in the end ;)
