Changing from knit to purl stitches gives knitting its interesting texture. In this class, you'll learn to knit a basic scarf pattern with loads of texture using just the basic knit and purl stitches. This is the One Row Scarf pattern by knit designer Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, available as a free download from Ravelry.com. After registering, a basic supply list will be emailed to you; please bring supplies with you to your first class.
This is a two-session class. Tickets are $40 per person, which covers both classes.
When: Wednesday, 11/5 and 11/12 from 6-8 pm.
Who: Knitting beginners ages 18 and up. This class is for knitters with good basic knitting skills.
Where: Gem Garden Arts, 30 N. Franklin Street, Delaware, OH
Parking: Our store is located adjacent to the City of Delaware's Franklin Street parking lot, and parking is free after 6 pm. Please park in the lot or on Franklin Street and enter the shop via the front door.
Refunds: Cancelations prior to 7 days before the class will receive a 75% refund of the class fee paid. There are no refunds for cancelations made within 7 days of the class.
