Chakra Healing Sound Bath

Join us for a nurturing and immersive sound bath to refresh your mind, body, and spirit. You’ll be gently guided into full-body relaxation through the calming harmonics of Himalayan Singing Bowls. Sneha will then intuitively place bowls on the body of each participant, allowing you to experience their powerful vibrations and support the release of stagnant energy from the chakras. This restorative sound journey offers deep rest, energetic balance, and a return to inner harmony.

The size of the group is limited to 7 participants so that each participant can experience a few minutes of personalized sound healing along with the group sound bath.

Please bring a yoga mat, and any pillows, blankets, or other props you would like to make yourself comfortable while lying down for the sound bath.

Sneha Agrawal of Emerald Energies Wellness is a certified Usui/Holy Fire III ® ReikiPractitioner, Certified Himalayan Singing Bowl Practitioner, Certified Angel Guide and Narayan Reiki Master. She applies her intuitive and empathic abilities to sense the areas that require energetic alignment and then customizes each Reiki/Sound Bath session to promote the well-being of the recipient. Both Reiki and Sound Bath sessions deeply relax the mind and the body, improve the mood, boost energy flow in the body, and promote spiritual growth.
