Our annual Posada, Tamalada, Bailes y Cantos is back, and we’re celebrating with a little bit of everything.
Saturday, Dec 13th | 3 to 9 pm | Free / Gratis
3:00 pm
Join us as we walk to our neighbors for the traditional Posada accompanied by danza from Matlachines Danza Guadalupana / San Judas Tadeo.
4:00 pm
Warm up with champurrado and enjoy live entertainment.
5:00 pm
Performance by our adult guitar students directed by Luis Rivas.
6:00 pm
End-of-year performance by our children and adults of Ballet Folklórico Macuilxochitl under the direction of Axochitzin Abrego.
At the same time, our Tamalada begins!
7:00 to 9:00 pm
Live music by Calle Cuatro.
We end at 9:00 pm, but before that we’ll also have:
• Face painting by Kiki Ace
• A piñata filled with candy
• A special visit from Santa Claus with gifts for the children thanks to The Code 88’s
• Candy bags for the kids
