Class Two: Light, Shadow & Balance — Foundations of Energetic Health
If Class One taught us how to set intention, this class teaches us the energetic ecosystem that intention moves through.
Before spells, before rituals, before magic takes shape… we must understand our own energy — its light, its shadow, and the balance between the two.
In this immersive hands-on class, we will explore:
🌓 What “light” and “shadow” actually mean in Pagan practice
—not good and evil, but expansion and reflection.
🌑 How your energy shifts, contracts, expands, and communicates—through emotion, intuition, and physical sensation.
🌗 Signs of imbalance vs. signs of alignment—and how to gently correct your energy without fear or shame.
🌿 Grounding + Centering techniques—the core of all magical and spiritual work.
🜁 Cleansing your energy body—using breath, intention, and herbcraft.
🖤 A safe introduction to Shadow Work—not the heavy internet version, but the true Pagan approach: curiosity, reflection, and integration.
🕯️ A guided ritual to balance and renew your energetic body.
