This series offers a supportive space to shift from self-criticism to self-understanding and build a more compassionate, trusting relationship with yourself.
Through guided group hypnosis and reflective exercises, you’ll explore how to create inner safety, meet yourself with compassion during difficulty, and embody self-compassion. Each participant will complete a brief questionnaire prior to the series, allowing the hypnosis scripts to be thoughtfully personalized based on group needs and intentions.
What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed, focused state. It's similar to meditation or daydreaming, where your nervous system can settle and your subconscious mind becomes more receptive to supportive suggestions. You remain fully aware and in control the entire time. No prior experience is needed; you will be lovingly guided through the process.
