We’re excited to welcome back Dr. Lee Matthews-Carter for this informative and supportive pelvic floor wellness workshop at NKO Yoga Studio.
This 90-minute experience includes a brief educational talk followed by gentle, beginner-friendly movement blending yoga, Pilates, and evidence-based pelvic floor techniques. You’ll gain practical tools to improve strength, awareness, and confidence while supporting core and pelvic health.
Open to all bodies and experience levels—perfect for postpartum recovery, pelvic discomfort, or anyone wanting to better understand and care for their pelvic floor.
