Making sourdough can feel intimidating — and gluten-free sourdough? Even more so. But it doesn’t have to be. Join holistic coach and wellness practitioner Christy Cotterman for a warm, hands-on class designed to take the mystery (and stress) out of baking gut-friendly, gluten-free sourdough bread.

You’ll learn how to make real, nourishing bread using whole, clean ingredients — no fillers, gums, sugar, or preservatives — that align with a healing diet and support digestive health.

Together, we’ll cover:
• How to create and maintain a healthy gluten-free sourdough starter (and why fermentation supports gut health)
• The step-by-step process of mixing, shaping, fermenting, and baking your bread
• Best tips for storage, troubleshooting, and consistency
• Tasting of freshly baked gluten-free sourdough
• A beginner-friendly gluten-free sourdough recipe + favorite gluten-free product and tool recommendations
