THE WOMEN’S MEDITATION & REIKI GROUP IS BACK!!

Dive into healing with the transformative Dolphin Meditation!

Take a metaphorical journey to a peaceful and secluded beach early in the morning. Embrace the ebb and flow of the ocean waves to release limitations in your life. Swim and play with a pod of dolphins to receive guidance to help you see new possibilities. Receive Reiki while meditating to help you connect with your own higher guidance.
Feel free to bring your own journal or notebook to record any insights and wisdom received during meditation.
