Robyn is a yoga, pranayama, and meditation teacher with more than 20 years of experience. She formerly owned Breathe Joy Yoga in Sharon, MA, and is currently the CEO of Pretzel Kids, one of the fastest-growing children’s yoga companies in the United States. She is also a breathwork facilitator and energy healer, certified in Levels 1-5 with David Elliott. Robyn has sensed energy fields for as long as she can remember, and to heighten her perception she became certified in Meridian Yoga, Reiki, and Reconnective Healing®. She is also a certified PSYCH-K® facilitator, bringing energy healing to both group breathwork and one-on-one sessions. In her experience, breathwork and energy healing, when paired together, are the fastest way to peel back layers, release tension, and break through emotional blocks. She is excited to share this healing modality with others in classes, one-on-one sessions, and at retreats she hosts at beautiful locations, as well as at her lakeside retreat home, WeAre Buddhaful.
