Winter Dreams

OVCO presents a program titled Winter Dreams on Sun. Feb. 22nd, at 3 pm. Music Director Matthew Cody will conduct the orchestra in a program that will conclude with Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 1 in G minor, Winter Daydreams. The concert opens with the world premiere of Drift by James Romig, a work commissioned by OVCO and featuring soloist Craig Hultgren on the electric cello. The first half of the performance will also include the Soviet-era masterpiece Lieutenant Kjié Suite by Sergei Prokofiev.
