Fundraiser for NEICAC Food Pantry in Decorah

This week's featured community partner in making sure people have enough to eat is the Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC) Food Pantry in Decorah.

The Landing will donate 20% of ALL sales from ALL vendors (Justin’s, The Buzz, Tandem, Root 43, and Twisted Gnome) to this local pantry, located at 303 Montgomery in Decorah. The pantry serves all of Winneshiek County.

Formed in 1965, NEICAC serves 7 counties in northeast Iowa. In addition to several food pantries, NEICAC helps meet people’s needs in other areas including LIHEAP (low income home energy assistance), affordable housing, early childhood education, EARL public transit, weatherization, and more. Food collection baskets will also be onsite to collect donations of non-perishable food items, toilet paper, and diapers.
