Blossem House opening

Hey beautiful women,

I know how hectic life gets in the lead-up to Christmas, so I’d love you to pop this in your diary right now! On Saturday, November 15th, I’m opening the doors of Blossem House for a relaxed afternoon where you can take a breather, connect, and enjoy something special.

We’ll start with gentle stretching led by our lovely yoga teacher, Luisa, followed by a calming meditation. Together, we’ll write down any stresses we’re carrying and release them into the fire – a simple way to feel a little lighter. I’ll also introduce you to a medical-grade light therapy that supports health and wellbeing in the most incredible ways.

After that, we’ll gather for a delicious high tea, share laughs, and learn an easy little exercise you can use anytime life feels overwhelming.

It’s completely free, it’s going to be loads of fun, and I’d absolutely love to see you there. Don’t forget to mark down Saturday, November 15th – you deserve this pause before the holiday rush! 💛
