Join us every Wednesday for Zen Flow Yoga, a mindful 60-minute practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your breath and body.
This class blends gentle flow, intentional movement, and grounding breathwork to create a balanced experience that supports both relaxation and strength. Movements are accessible and offered with modifications, making this class welcoming for all levels.
