Stretch & Flow

If you have ever wanted to try to stretch your body in ways that make it easier to move freely then this is the class for you!.

Heather Hart is a trained professional who will be instructing a class at D-Town Energy for you to try for only $5!

Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase which include hydrates and refreshers packed with electrolytes and workout boosters!

We will have yoga mats here to use but if you have your own feel free to bring it.
