If you have a handicap but it is not on a current roster, known ability will be a factor as well as your old handicap. If you are on an active local apa roster, those handicaps will be valid, Fargo and tap handicaps will be used as well for guidelines if you dont have an active apa handicap. If you play in different areas the highest handicap must be used.
