Spinal Elements: Movement Workshop

Nick’s movement workshop offers a generalist approach, blending strength, locomotion, floor work, coordination, mobility, somatics, and partner interactions into a well-rounded practice. Rather than focusing on a single discipline, this workshop weaves together many elements to build adaptability, creativity, and deeper body awareness.

Participants will engage in a variety of movement tasks—both individual and partnered—that invite “serious play” while encouraging curiosity, openness, and growth. The experience is designed not only to expand physical skills but also to spark inspiration, uncover blind spots, and support development on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

By combining skill-building with embodied awareness, Nick creates a supportive container for exploration and self-discovery. You’ll leave feeling more inspired, grounded, and connected—to your body, your practice, and to others.
