Sourdough 101

In this class we are explore the wonderful world of sourdough baking. This class will cover everything you need to know to start baking your own healthy sourdough bread. We will also discuss and sample several sourdough discard recipes. The cost of the class is $45 per person and includes your sourdough starter and storage jar. Class size is limited, call 256-686-4500 to reserve your spot. All classes must be pre-paid and are non-refundable.
