Join us at Decatur Athletic Club on Thursday, October 23rd at 6PM for a FREE Self Defense Class taught by Jason Williams! 👊

This class is open to anyone 16 and older (or 14+ with instructor clearance). Learn practical skills to help you stay confident, aware, and safe — all in a supportive, hands-on environment. 💪

You don’t need to be a member to join — everyone’s welcome! 🙌
