Handicaps will be used in this order:
1) Active APA handicap
if no APA then
2) Prior/Inactive APA handicap, will never play lower than that
3) Fargo rating w/200+ robustness
570 + = APA 7
490 - 569 = APA 6
410 - 489 = APA 5
351 - 409 = APA 4
291 - 350 = APA 3
<290 = 2
if no FARGO then
4) known skill level

***GRACE PERIOD, MAX HANDICAPPED***
Example: If a team member originally signs up as a 4, but goes up to a 5 within 2 weeks of tournament then your team can still play. However, your team will have to go to one more game.
If a handicap raise results in two 7's on the team then you can not play.
If we are not notified tournament day that someone has been raised you will be disqualified from the tournament.
