1. This event will be held October 26, 2025, at Victory Lanes in Decatur, IL.
2. This event is certified by the USBC and is only open to USBC Youth Members. If you are not currently a USBC Youth member, you may purchase a membership by visiting bowl.com prior to the start of the competition.
3. There will be 4 divisions. U12, U14, U16, and U18.
4. This event is scratch. Bowlers will bowl in their respective divisions.
5. Entry fee is $75 per bowler for the main event. There will be an optional Junior Gold Qualifier for this event, please see more information below.

7. Times and formats of each round.
7.1. The 1st round will start at 9:00 AM. All divisions will bowl four (4) games on pattern 1.
7.2. The 2nd round will start at 12:00 PM. All bowlers will bowl four (4) games on pattern 2.
7.3. The field will be cut to a ratio of 1:4 in each division.
If there is a tie past 1:4 ratio, those bowlers tied will bowl a 9th & 10th frame roll off to determine which bowler advances. If there is a tie in seeding, the better seed will go to the bowler who bowled a higher game during qualifying. Bowlers will be placed into a modified stepladder based on their position after qualifying.
8. The RGT event staff will be the official score keepers. Scores will be posted on TournamentBowl.com.
9. Illinois Youth Masters dress code will be in effect during all rounds of competition. Collared, mock, or crew neck bowling shirts are required. Name shirts are preferred, but not required. Males: Dress slacks or pants are required. Females: Dress slacks, dress shorts, skirts, or skorts are permitted. Skirts, skorts, and shorts must be longer than fingertip length when standing with arms at side. NO JEANS, NO SWEATPANTS, NO LEGGINGS, NO T-SHIRTS, AND NO HATS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME DURING COMPETITION.
10. Conduct: Any conduct deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to, foul language, obscene gestures, and/or abuse of equipment will be subject to disqualification as determined by the tournament committee. The entry fee will not be refunded.
11. Scholarships will be awarded on a 1:4 ratio and scholarship funds will be administered by SMART.
12. No parents or coaches are permitted in the designated bowlers area.
13. The USBC playing rules will cover any situations not mentioned.
14. The optional Junior Gold qualifier is for any bowler who has not already earned a qualifying spot for the 2026 Junior Gold Championships. The cost for this optional event is an additional $50, over the $75 entry fee for this event itself. This optional event will use a 1:4 ratio. Bowlers wanting to enter this optional event must have a Junior Gold Membership or purchase the membership prior to bowling. The highest finishing bowler(s), in their divisions, will receive entries into the 2026 Junior Gold Championships in Minneapolis, MN. If there is a tie in a division, there will be a one game roll off to determine the qualifier. The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions as needed or will refund participants if a division does not meet the four (4) person threshold needed to contest a qualifying spot.
15. This event will not accept online payments. All payments will be cash onsite
