At the Prattville Farm Swap, we're all about coming together as a community. We believe in collaboration and supporting each other because, honestly, without our fantastic vendors and small businesses, this event just wouldn't be the same. So, let's team up and make magic happen!
Here's the lowdown to get you started:
**Vendor Fee**: It's just $20.00 (plus a tiny $2.00 processing fee for invoices), due the 2nd Saturday of the month. Pay in cash or card at one of our meetup spots, or I can shoot you an invoice for online payment.
**First-Time Vendors**: If it's your first rodeo with us, you'll need to sign a liability form and pay the vendor fee. Then, bright and early on the event day, you can set up your stall and share your goodies with the world! We're super grateful for your interest and can't wait to welcome you aboard!
To kick things off, just drop me these deets:

**Rules**:
- Let's keep it fresh and clean, folks! No tobacco, and please be mindful of the little ones and furry friends wandering about.
- Time is precious, so if you're running late, just give us a shout. We totally get it! But remember, a $5.00 late fee might tag along if you're delayed in paying your vendor fee.
- Fido's gotta be on a leash, no exceptions. Safety first, fur-babies!
- For those bringing along critters, they gotta be in tip-top shape, with grub and H2O on hand. Oh, and they need a cozy containment space too!
- Before you get to selling, don't forget to dot those i's and cross those t's on your liability forms.
- Roll call! Please arrive between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM so we can all get set up and ready to roll. Punctuality is key to ensuring everyone's safety and fun.
