🎃 Frightful Flow: A Halloween Yoga Party 🎃

Happy Spooky Season Yogi!
It's my favorite time of year so let's celebrate!
Join me, Saturday, October 25 for the 2nd annual Frightful Flow: A Halloween Yoga Party! We'll do some spooky postures, listen to magical music and each student will get some Halloween swag at the end. This year I'm giving away a cool cauldron filled with ghostly goodies. Each participant will be entered into the drawing. Get an extra entry for wearing a costume or your favorite Halloween apparel/accessories. More details below.

🔮 9:00 - 10:00 a.m., Deadwood Recreation Center Racquetball Court.
🕷️ $20.00 per student.
🦇 Limited to 15 students. Reservations strongly recommended to ensure your spot.
😈 Yoga-friendly costumes/Halloween gear encouraged.
