✨Join us for a unique and restorative Sound Healing experience around the pond with Gaitway, a 501C3 non-profit!
✨During this unique and nourishing event, you will get to meet the horses of Gaitway, a non profit dedicated to fostering personal growth, resilience, and equine skills in young women!
✨After meeting the horses, we will stroll through the grazing field down to the pond, and settle in for a relaxing and restorative Sound Immersion with Rachel from Rae of Light Yoga, Sound Therapy, & Wellness utilizing Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, and Chimes.
✨NO Experience NEEDED! ✨
✨This event is FREE for women ages 19+ that reside in Jefferson County.
✨Please use the google form to register and remember that you MUST reside in Jefferson county to attend! Event is limited to 20-25 participants so sign up today!!
✨Stay on the lookout for future events for folks that reside outside of Jefferson County
✨Donations welcome, but never expected. Donations can be made in cash, day of event or by Venmo to @Rachel-McConville-1
Please bring a yoga mat/sheet/or blanket, pillow if desired and any other items to help you create a nest of comfort for the sound immersion portion.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and REMEMBER this is an outdoor event!!
If you choose to use bug spray, please apply it in the parking lot before coming down to the pond. Thank you for helping to protect our wildlife!
