Free Monthly Moms Circle at Back to Play

A space for all moms seeking community with a heavy focus on newly postpartum moms. Escape the morning chaos and join us at the playroom for a peaceful gathering of new moms. Connect, share, and receive support in a welcoming environment. Paige, a certified lactation consultant and mama of 5 (with a little one under 1!), will be here to offer guidance and lactation support. We have an infant scale available for weighted feed checks, as well as wraps and carriers to try on before purchasing your own.

We also have education and modified exercises from a certified Pre and Post CPT for diastasis recti and pelvic floor strengthening. This free group is your quiet haven before the day begins.

Paige intends to host this group monthly on the last Saturday before our open play begins for intentional quiet and privacy. Please reach out with any questions!
