Mental Health Ministry’s First Presentation
Thursday, October 2, 6 p.m. in the OLOL Social Hall
Welcome to a presentation on the importance of mental health in our lives. Do you feel stress, depression, burnout or compassion fatigue? Do you feel all alone in your life like no one is listening? This is the place to be to learn about and discuss:
1. Awareness of your own struggles with mental health
2. Exploring the factors that contribute to emotional health and happiness
3. Developing strategies to live a healthier, more happy life and reduce stress at the same time

The presenter for October 2 will be Stephanie Ritter, M.Ed., MA, Adoption and Pregnancy Supports Case Manager, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay. Stephanie Ritter is a dedicated professional with dual master’s degrees in education and counseling. With a career spanning teaching, administration, higher education, foster care, and adoption services, she brings a unique blend of expertise in both academic and human development.
