Intro to Pole

Try Pole Exercise! This one-time class brings a fun workout using the dance pole. Spots are limited to 8 so you have your own pole the entire hour. Cost for this 45 minute class is $25.

You are NOT required to take this class before registering for a monthly pole course! This is an opportunity to get a taste of what you'll learn in our Beginner Pole Course!
