In this meditation you will:

* Connect with the elements of nature and tap into their balancing energies.

* Release what no longer serves you and make space for new growth.

* Cultivate a sense of gratitude and abundance.

* Find balance and harmony within yourself and the world around you.

WHEN: Saturday 9/20 at 3:00pm - 4:30pm
Doors will open at 3:00 and lock at 3:15pm to ensure their are no interruptions during meditation.
