This welcoming mental wellness group is designed for older adults (60+) seeking connection, reflection, and practical tools for well-being. Together, we will explore topics of loneliness, life transitions, emotional wellness, coping skills, cognitive health, and creative/therapeutic practices. Sessions emphasize dignity, resilience, shared wisdom, and community—offering space for conversation, learning, and gentle personal reflection in a supportive group setting.
About NewBridge Madison Mental Health Resource Team (MHRT):
NewBridge Madison’s MHRT provides community-based mental health outreach for older adults across Dane County. Services focus on prevention, wellness, early intervention, psychoeducation, cognitive health education, consultation, and advocacy—meeting elders where they are and honoring the strengths they bring.
