Cognitive Screening workshop

Do you sometimes forget words, people's names, or when to take your medicine? Are you worried about changes in your memory? You're not alone. Many people have these concerns and wonder if what they're experiencing is normal. Join us for "Brain Health Awareness: Signs, Risk Factors, and Screening." This workshop will help you learn about keeping your mind healthy and sharp. We'll talk about what memory changes are normal as we get older and which ones you should pay attention to. You'll discover simple things you can do every day to help your brain stay healthy—like staying active, eating well, and spending time with others. Our caring staff will also administer free cognitive testing in your community. This series of events will help you make good choices about your brain health and learn simple ways to keep your mind strong.
