24th Annual Awareness Walk

Join Us for the 24th Annual Down Syndrome Awareness Walk!
Fireman’s Park, DeForest, on October 5, 2025, from 10:30am-2pm.

We are thrilled to invite you to DSAW-South Central’s 24th Annual Down Syndrome Awareness Walk! This special day is more than just a walk — it’s a celebration of inclusion, love, and community.

Thanks to the generosity of supporters like YOU, we’re able to:
- Provide enriching family programs.
- Award grants to families across South Central Wisconsin.
- Send free support packets to new and expectant parents receiving a Down syndrome diagnosis.
...and so much more!

This walk is the heartbeat of our organization — funding the majority of the services and events we provide year-round. Your participation and support directly empower individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

So lace up your shoes, bring your family and friends, and help us make this year’s Walk the best one yet! Together, we’re building a more inclusive world — one step at a time.
