This one-hour experience invites you into a calming space as the sun sets over the Atlantic. Using ancient sound healing instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, shruti box, hand drum, and voice, our instructor will guide you through a soothing journey that activates every cell in your body. You will leave feeling relaxed, restored, and renewed.
