Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that promotes emotional and physical healing. It is based on the physics of "life force energy" that flows through all living things. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to create illness or have emotional discord, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy, healthy, and creative! Reiki can be applied to both people & animals.
The Reiki 1 Workshop is a one-day event that includes handouts, group discussion, and review of assigned workbook chapters. Followed by a hands-on Reiki Attunement experience. Level 1 Reiki will teach you how to practice self-Reiki, as well as allow you to work on your loved ones and pets.
About the Workshop:
Reiki class will begin with a meet and greet, including tea and snacks in the beautiful Evolve Recovery Lounge. We then move into reviewing assigned chapters of the workbook, going over the handouts, as well as Q&A.
A guided meditation leads us into the Attunement process, where each student is brought individually to a quiet area to receive their Reiki 1 Attunement.
Students will then practice Reiki on each other to fine-tune techniques so that each individual can experience the Reiki energy both as a practitioner and as a person receiving.
Participants will earn a beautiful certificate upon completion.
This workshop will prepare you for follow-up Reiki 2 & Master level workshops, as well as prepare you for all upcoming Reiki gathering classes.
