As the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he has led the program to more than 700 wins, multiple national tournament appearances, and a strong legacy of character-driven leadership.
Known for his unwavering commitment to excellence, Coach Ridder emphasizes servant leadership, academic achievement, and personal growth. Under his guidance, Embry-Riddle has produced over 60 NAIA Scholar-Athletes and maintained a culture rooted in integrity, discipline, and teamwork.
