Flex & Stretch

Enjoy the benefits of gentle stretching,
breathing and relaxation techniques. Using a
chair for standing exercises and balance, we
will increase strength and stamina to help
maintain agility.
No prior experience is necessary.

(Having FHCP health insurance is not required to attend the class.)
Mondays 10 - 11 am

Donations are accepted by the instructor at participant discretion. Insurance Cards are also accepted –
please bring your insurance card (if you have one) to use when signing in.

If you have health insurance
with Florida Health Care Plans, AdventHealth, Humana, or United Healthcare, the instructor will be
compensated by your insurance company at no cost to you.
