Hello all! I'll be running on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at 7pm (please reach me in case time varies). This course is a 10k (6.21 mile) run starting from International Speedway bridge on Beach street, running east over the bridge to Atlantic Avenue, then north on Atlantic Avenue, then west over the Seabreeze bridge, back east over the Oakridge bridge and south on Atlantic Avenue until you cross the International Speedway bridge west to your starting point. Lots of incline, very scenic, very enjoyable. Let's have a great time!
