Many people including myself have had indescribable experiences while eye gazing , I personally over the years have had several different experiences so deep and pro-found , even life shifting . Not only can one experience themselves through the eyes of another , but also a deep soul connection that has no boundaries , no rules , just simply pure heart centred life force connection . In everyday life sometimes we avoid eye contact , as a way of not being seen ......like really seen , we avoid eye contact as verbal communication seems so difficult when we connect eyes , fear that we may come across the wrong way and that as vulnerable or weak .... the gift of eye gazing truly relinquishes all of this old patterned programming and guides us to a space of truly , truly experiencing each other as pure , undeniable energetic light beings who are more connected than separate .
The eyes are truly a gateway to the soul , which means they can see beyond the physical world and into the spiritual .
Italian psychologist Giovanni Caputo researched eye gazing and found that it can induce a drug -free altered state of consciousness .
