What Is a Shamanic Journey?
A shamanic journey is a spiritual practice where participants intentionally enter an altered state of consciousness to explore the spirit world. Through this process, individuals seek insight, guidance, or healing from spiritual realms. The journey typically involves using techniques such as rhythmic drumming, focused breath work, or guided visualization, which serve to facilitate entry into different spiritual dimensions and foster a connection with spirit guides or power animals.
