Healing Kirtan Sound Bath

Bring: Yoga mat for lying down

Cost: Recommended donation $10 - $20

The program consists of seated moments and some lying down. We won't be practicing any yoga exercises (the yoga mat is for lying down in deep relaxation). Blankets will be provided. Light refreshments (vegan/gluten-free) will be served afterwards.
