Our mission is to introduce young people to the joy of distance running. Each athlete’s training will be designed for his or her specific goals and fitness level. We will practice mechanics and learn supplemental strength and flexibility drills. Finally, we will learn how to train and race as a team.
This program is open to first graders through 8th graders. Jr. High runners should finish their school cross country programs before joining us.
