For multiple years running, families all over Anne Arundel County have made Donuts with Santa & Story Time with the Wish Crackler their must-do Christmas kick-off event – and 2025 is going to be the best one yet!
Join us for a morning full of pure holiday magic:
✨ Fresh donuts (while supplies last – they always run out!)
🎅 Photos & visits with Santa Claus
🚒 Fire truck tours & firefighter meet-and-greet
📖 A live, reading of the heartwarming Maryland classic The Tale of the Christmas Wish Crackler by Nate Whiting himself – the one and only Wish Crackler!
Year after year, kids (and grown-ups) light up when the Wish Crackler appears to share the story that has become a Christmas Eve tradition in homes across the state. If you’ve been coming since we started this – welcome home! If this is your first time – you’re about to find out why everyone keeps coming back!
Books will be available for purchase and signing – grab yours and make reading it on Christmas Eve your new (or continuing) family tradition.
This FREE community event is brought to you by your Arundel Volunteer Fire Department (donations gratefully accepted to keep the trucks rolling and the lights shining all year).
No registration needed – just show up, have your letters for Santa Ready and bring your Christmas spirit!
