Join us for a morning coffee discussion about the role your pelvic floor plays in :
- Urinary leakage (especially with coughing, sneezing, laughing, and exercise)
- Urinary urge and frequency
- Core weakness
- Constipation
- Prolapse

We will wrap up our discussion with a 20-minute workout with modifications designed to fit each participants comfort level!
